This policy explains what information Nocturne ("we", "us") collects when you use this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Orders: when you check out, our payment processor Stripe collects your name, email, shipping and billing address, and payment details. We receive your name, email, shipping address and what you bought so we can ship your order. We never see or store your full card number.
- The list: if you sign up, we store your email and the Instagram handle you enter (optional). Signups are stored by our host, Netlify.
- Your bag: items in your bag are saved in your own browser (local storage) so they're there when you come back. This never leaves your device.
- Advertising (TikTok Pixel): we use the TikTok Pixel to measure our TikTok ads. When you visit, view a piece, add to your bag, start checkout or complete a purchase, TikTok receives that event plus technical details like your IP address, browser, and cookies. TikTok handles this under its own privacy policy. You can limit ad tracking in your TikTok and browser settings.
- Technical data: like most websites, our host and font provider (Netlify and Google Fonts) receive basic technical information such as your IP address and browser type when pages load.
How we use it
- To process, ship and support your orders, including sending receipts and tracking.
- To email you about restocks and new pieces if you joined the list. You can unsubscribe any time by emailing us.
- To keep the site and payments secure and to meet legal and tax requirements.
We don't sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
Only with services that help us run the store: Stripe (payments), Netlify (hosting and signups), TikTok (ad measurement), and shipping carriers (to deliver your order). Each handles your data under its own privacy policy. We may also share information if required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep order records as long as needed for shipping, returns, and tax and accounting requirements. List signups are kept until you ask us to remove you.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your personal information, or to remove you from the list, by emailing nocturnejewelryy@gmail.com.
Kids
This site isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
